Data we collect

We only collect the data you provide through our forms, together with the technical data required to keep those forms secure:

• Identity: title, first name and last name.
• Contact details: email address, phone number and preferred time to be contacted.
• Content of your request: your project, your comments and, where applicable, the campsite concerned.
• Technical data: IP address and form submission date, used solely to prevent automated submissions.

Purposes of the processing

• Answering your request for information, appraisal or sale.
• Sending you campsite dossiers and, if you have agreed to it, our monthly news.
• Keeping our forms secure and preventing abuse.

Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent when you submit a form or subscribe to our news, and on our legitimate interest in answering your request and protecting our services against abuse.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the Concerto sales teams. It is neither transferred nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It is only accessible to our technical hosting and email delivery providers, acting on our behalf and under contract.

Retention period

Your data is kept for three years from our last contact, then deleted. If you subscribed to our news, your data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to object to the processing of your data.
• Right to data portability.
